TopTite 3° is the perfect choice for self-builders. TopTite 3° can be installed directly over old felt roofing if the roof drains outwards and the pitch is at least 1:20 (approx. 3°). TopTite 3° has self-adhesive side edges and extension joints are made with Sealiing compound K-36. The installation causes no fire hazard, as no gas torch or hot bitumen is needed.
